Once your order is ready, we’ll provide you with the pickup details. Our team prepares each order with care, so prior notice is essential — we’re not always available for unscheduled pickups. Yes, absolutely. Simply select the colour "It's a surprise”. Then, have your nominated person email us at info@babyboomreveal.com (mailto:info@babyboomreveal.com)with your order number and the required colour.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If purchased before 2pm Monday-Friday we same day dispatch otherwise the next business day.

Yes, we ship Australia-wide. We also offer same-day dispatch on eligible orders placed within our processing times.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
