  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If purchased before 3pm Monday-Friday we same day dispatch otherwise the next business day.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@babyboomreveal.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Yes, we are also event organizers so if you are in Perth, Western Australia we can make your dreamed gender reveal come true.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    We’re excited to offer pickup 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM! To make sure everything runs smoothly, please just let us know your preferred day and time before coming. Our team prepares each order with care, so prior notice is essential — we’re not always available for unscheduled pickups. Thanks so much for your understanding — we look forward to seeing you soon!   • Can I purchase an item and have someone else specify the colour?
    Yes absolutely. Just select the option “keeping it a secret” at the moment of pick up the colour then tell your friend to send us an email to info@babyboomreveal.com with your order number and the color you need.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
