Do you offer Same-Day Pickup?

Yes, we offer same-day pickup for all our products. Pickup is available Monday to Friday (9am–6pm) and Saturday (9am–1pm) in Alkimos 6038.

Please contact us in advance to arrange your pickup time. Once your order is ready, we’ll provide you with the pickup details. Our team prepares each order with care, so prior notice is essential — we’re not always available for unscheduled pickups.

To organise a pickup time, please contact us via social media or email info@babyboomreveal.com with your order number.

Can I purchase an item and have someone else specify the colour?

Yes, absolutely. Simply select the colour "It's a surprise”. Then, have your nominated person email us at info@babyboomreveal.com with your order number and the required colour.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If purchased before 2pm Monday-Friday we same day dispatch otherwise the next business day.

How do I hire a TNT reveal?

Please email us at info@babyboomreveal.com with your event date, time, and location, and let us know whether you would like the hire-only option or a full setup service. We’ll take care of the rest and organise everything with you.

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes, we ship Australia-wide. We also offer same-day dispatch on eligible orders placed within our processing times.

How do I check the status of my order?

Accepted Answer

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@babyboomreveal.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
